Project Manager
– Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring control over the detailed calculations, drawings, and technical specifications required for successful project execution.
– Perform engineering analysis to support procurement and construction activities.
– Monitor project expenditures, manage budget adherence. Provide cost projections and financial
reporting.
– Prepare project reports, including progress analysis, cost estimation, and cash flow forecasts.
– Develop construction plans, master schedules, and strategies to mitigate risks.
– Review electrical drawings and make adjustments to align with project requirements.
– Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering;
– 24 months experience in the Job or as Site manager; M-F, 40 hrs./wk;
– Travel required throughout TX;
